1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a membership tier, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using Field Forecast, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. We do not knowingly permit users under 18 to register an account.

3. Description of Service

Field Forecast provides sports data, live scores, statistics, editorial content, and predictive insights across football, cricket, baseball, and other covered sports. The Service is offered on a free tier and one or more premium membership tiers, which may unlock additional leagues, odds statistics, and features. Available features, leagues, and pricing may change at our discretion.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, including Community and Membership areas, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium membership tiers are offered on a paid, recurring or one-time subscription basis as described at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees using your chosen payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell our data, odds, or predictive content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Post abusive, defamatory, or misleading content within Community features
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Field Forecast, including text, graphics, logos, statistics presentation, predictive models, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No part of the Service may be reproduced, distributed, or exploited commercially without our prior written consent.

8. Editorial and Statistical Content

Field Forecast publishes match previews, statistics, injury reports, transfer news, and editorial analysis relating to public sporting figures, clubs, and competitions for journalistic and informational purposes. This content is published in good faith based on publicly available and reasonably reliable sources, but we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy at all times.

10. Third-Party Links and Affiliates

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, betting operators, or affiliate partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. 12. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Live scores and odds data depend in part on third-party data providers, and delays, inaccuracies, or outages may occur beyond our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and, where applicable, cancel your subscription at any time.

14. Governing Law
